Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment I do not. But once the shop has been open for a bit and I’ve gotten the hang of things, I would more than be happy to do international shipping!

What are your shipping fees and delivery times?

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. You can find detailed information during the checkout process or on our shipping policy page.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Oaken Awl Artistry wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. But, being an independent artist and this being customized work, Oaken Awl Artistry does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.  Please think carefully before you place an order and if you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizes that are provided in the descriptions of the particular piece you are wanting to buy.

This does not mean that I will not help if a problem arrises. Please let me know if something is off about your piece and I will work in the best of my abilities with you to correct this problem.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Why, yes I do! Please refer to the commissions page over in the drop down menu and you will be able to see all that I offer.


Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We do our best to display accurate product colors on our website. However, colors may appear slightly different due to variations in monitor settings and lighting conditions. (Especially when it comes to metallic paints.)

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Oaken Awl processes orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you.
